Vintage Joe St Clair paperweight, gold ribbon with controlled bubbles

Vintage Joe St Clair paperweight with controlled bubbles,
gold/white
ribbon.  Condition is  great, no
signs of wear, cracks, nicks.
Height is about 3 inches, diameter is about 3 1/2 inches.
Paperweight is from my personal collection.  I bought it in the 1980s (or 1990s) at the Elwood, Indiana glass festival.
