WW2 Marine Corps USMC Coveralls, 1940 Contract Paramarine, Unworn Mint Condition

I'm sure a one of a kind item, a set of 1940 USMC contract coveralls with cutters tags.   Coveralls have 4 cutter tags on them, two at the shoulders, and two on the pant legs.
There was only one small contract for USMC coveralls (see last photo), and the cutters on this set are dated October 1940 - so they must have started production on them before the contract was finalized (December).
No major condition issues with the coveralls.  Chromed USMC doughnut buttons are minty, there is the slightest bit of yellowing to the fold creases and around the edges of the collar (as is to be expected).
Inseam is 32", waist 42", shoulder seam to shoulder seam 21", top sleeve seam to cuff 24".
